The check-in time is 4:00 pm and Check-out time is 11:00 am. Early Check-ins or Late Check-outs must be requested in advance.

We only take credit cards. We do not accept checks, transfers, Zelle, Cashapp, or other payment methods.

We do not take payments at the property. All payments are charged 30 days before check-in.

Crown Vacation Rentals is present in Napa Valley, Truckee, and North Lake Tahoe.

We only offer short-term rentals (28 days or less), and monthly rentals. For long term rentals check with our parent company Crown Realty Property Management.

We do not offer room service, but you can always contact our office if you face any issues during your stay.

We work with multiple travel agencies to attract guests. They charge a commission between 5% - 18%. Our website offers transparent prices without any commissions or extra fees.
